MARK YOUR CALENDAR – Annual Inaugural and Holi day Party
The Association's annual Inaugural celebration will be held on Wednesday, December 10th at Mendakota Country Club in Mendota Heights. Come join us to say thank you to 2008 President Kay McDonough and help 2009 President Tony Maurer start the year off. The evening will start at 6:00 PM with gourmet hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, the installation of our new 2009 Officers and announcement of this year's award winners.

Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008
As of July 30, new laws are in effect that can dramatically help more people get into homes. The new Homebuyer Tax Credit of $7,500 for qualified purchases between April 9, 2008 and June 30, 2009 has drawn particular attention since the credit is repayable over 15 years (making it, in effect, an interest free loan).
