STCAR’s #1 priority is the safety and welfare of its members. As a REALTOR®, there are unique circumstances that can pose a threat if proper precautions are not taken. Common tasks that you do as a REALTORS®, such as working an open house, showing properties to homebuyers, giving out contact information, can sometimes put you in dangerous situations.
