• Registration Policy – Pre-payment is required with registration. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. C.O.D.’s are not accepted. Walk-ins will be accepted after payment is made if there is room available.
• Refund Policy – In order to receive a refund for a class you are unable to attend, you must provide a cancellation request by 4:00pm the day prior to the class. Students who cancel after 4:00pm the day prior, who arrive more than 10 minutes late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellation Policy – STCAR reserves the right to cancel any courses not meeting the minimum enrollment requirements. If a course is cancelled, students will be notified by 4:00pm the day prior to, and will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
