We look forward to serving you again this year through your Affiliate membership!  We are working on ways to improve the value of
membership for our Affiliates, and one way we are doing so is with additional sponsorship opportunities.  Many Affiliates have asked to be part of more education and events, but typically, we’ve limited sponsorships only to our golf tournament—which will be in September 2008!  To keep up with the demand, we have opened up new programs to help Affiliates like you find a programs or classes that will match your business and fit your promotional budget.  Sponsorships are a great way to make connections with REALTORS®.  These opportunities are meant to be flexible, so we can tailor these sponsorships to best suit to your promotional needs—once you choose the event you want, we’ll work together to organize the best benefits for you! Annual Installation and Holiday Luncheon — December 5, 2007
The annual Installation Luncheon is STCAR’s main event of the year.  Held at Brackett’s Crossing in Lakeville, come celebrate a new year, a new board of directors, the 2007 award winners, and our new President Kay McDonough from Edina Realty!  Sponsorships range from $150-400. Continuing Education Blitzes — starting February 2008
Reach REALTORS® when they’re focused on getting information and new ideas.  Reserve a table to showcase your services, or sponsor a reception for even more exposure.  Planned for Prior Lake, Northfield, Red Wing, and Eagan. REALTOR® Expo 2008 — April 21, 2008
For the second year, the four metro REALTOR® associations are hosting a day full of education, products, services, and networking, at the St. Paul RiverCentre.  This event is marketed to REALTORS® across the state, and we expect 700+ agents. Booths fill up quickly, and sponsorship opportunities will also be available.  Amy Ransom at the Minneapolis Area Association is handling exhibitors. CRS Core Courses at STCAR — starting March 2008
CRS is a top designation earned by some of the most successful REALTORS®.  Agents who take advanced education, like CRS, are professionals who are willing to invest in their businesses and related services.  Course topics include: Business Planning & Marketing, Real Estate Investing, Customer Service & Referrals.  Sponsorships range from $250-600.
