All REALTORS® Are Required to Complete Ethics Training by December 31, 2008
Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training per the National Association of REALTORS®.  STCAR provides access to the required training through this program. Students will review all the articles in the Code to ensure understanding and compliance. The Code establishes standards or practices that are higher than those mandated by federal and state laws. This level of professionalism protects and benefits consumers who choose to work with a REALTOR®.

Cost: $27.50 for REALTORS®, $55 for Non-REALTORS® - prepayment is required
